Jan 29, 2018 - Shit, the multiplayer patching via GPGNet is the problem with the patching. There are like 10+ little bitty patches and it runs them all in.

Hi everyone, I am playing Supreme Commander Forged Alliance, however the Non-steam version that I purchased back in the day. Unfortunately, I just managed to updated manually to version 1.5.3599 - which is obviously not the most current patch.
